Stage 3 Separation is hiring a Solids Control Field Leader - Canada to oversee and mentor solids control technicians and contractors on active job sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing field operations. The role involves hands-on supervision of day and night shifts, equipment oversight and maintenance, drilling fluid analysis, heavy equipment operation, site audits, safety and HSE compliance, and frequent coordination with area managers and customers. Candidates need substantial solids control field experience, supervisory ability, mechanical aptitude, valid driver and safety certifications, and the willingness to work rotational schedules in remote locations across Canada and at times travel domestically within the United States.
