Stage 3 is hiring a Solids Control Field Technician for its Calgary office, with field work across remote locations in Canada. The role involves operating and maintaining solids control equipment for drilling operations on a 14 days on/7 days off rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts, supporting fluid management, safety compliance, equipment operation, basic reporting, and on-the-job training. The position is safety-sensitive and requires travel, outdoor work in all weather, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
