Stage 3 is hiring a Solids Control Field Technician for its Calgary office, with field work across remote locations throughout Canada. The role focuses on operating and maintaining solids control equipment for drilling operations and recycled drilling fluid, working 12-hour shifts on a 14-days-on/7-days-off rotational schedule. The position includes on-the-job training, heavy equipment operation under supervision, daily safety compliance, field documentation, and customer-facing work on rig sites.
