NOV Well Site Services is hiring a Solids Control Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of solids control equipment on customer drilling rigs. The role involves operating and maintaining centrifuges, cuttings dryers, and shale shakers; performing fault diagnosis and repairs; conducting rig surveys; monitoring equipment performance; preparing operational and maintenance documentation; and supporting customer service and workshop activities. Candidates need offshore drilling experience, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, rig survey and reporting experience, drilling fluid knowledge, computer and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
