Description
Highmark is hiring a Solution Strategy and Business Analyst to support strategic activities across solution portfolios, including problem-solving, data analytics, business modeling, process optimization, workflow analysis, solution inventory assessment, and the design of systems and operational plans. The role works with solution portfolio leaders, clinicians, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop recommendations, create analytical documentation, and support solution activation. It requires a bachelor's degree or relevant experience, three years of business consulting, business strategy, business analysis, or related operational experience, and knowledge of healthcare domains and Lean Six Sigma. The position is office-based with 0–25% travel and a base pay range of $68,400 to $105,900.
