Description
Upland Software is hiring a Solution Analyst to serve as the front end of its solution innovation engine. The role validates market, partner, win/loss, install-base, and commercial opportunities; conducts discovery with customers, partners, and subject matter experts; translates business needs into structured requirements, process maps, pain points, constraints, and acceptance criteria; supports solution design and proof-of-concept development; and captures feedback to improve future portfolio decisions. The role operates in fast two-week cycles, uses AI and modern research techniques, and requires at least four years of experience in business analysis, product discovery, solution consulting, or a related field.
