The role involves designing and delivering transformative IT solutions to help customers modernize, mature, and optimize their IT environments. The architect will lead presales workshops, produce technical documentation, present solution designs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation. They will also engage with vendors and mentor junior staff.
