E Source is hiring a Solution Architect to provide senior technical leadership for complex advanced metering infrastructure and utility technology initiatives. The role covers solution architecture, systems integration, requirements management, testing, data management, vendor evaluation, technical oversight, and implementation support across utility IT and OT systems. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong utility systems knowledge; AMI implementation experience is preferred. The position is remote when not traveling to client sites, with travel up to 50% depending on project needs, and offers a budgeted salary of $160,000–$200,000 USD plus an annual bonus.
