Description

Parser is hiring a Solutions Architect - Applied AI & Software to shape and deliver the technical architecture for an AI-driven investment platform. The role owns end-to-end architecture and implementation across AI, data, applications, integrations, security, and cloud infrastructure; it is hands-on with Python and TypeScript, production AI/LLM and RAG systems, Azure, data modelling, and complex integrations. The position requires 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, with a London-based remote-first transition to hybrid work and private medical insurance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, including recent hands-on development and production systems delivery
Experience designing and building production AI/LLM architectures, including RAG, retrieval, agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, and AI integrations
Extensive cloud architecture experience, ideally Azure, covering networking, identity, security, infrastructure, deployment, and cost optimisation
Deep data and integration architecture expertise, including data modelling, lakehouse/warehouse architectures, data quality, governance, and complex system integrations
Knowledge of security, compliance, and non-functional architecture in regulated or data-sensitive environments, with stakeholder influence experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in asset management, sovereign wealth, private equity/credit, banking, fintech, or capital markets
Experience integrating financial data providers, large-scale document processing, and enterprise streaming or data platforms
Experience establishing architecture standards or design authority, cloud or architecture certifications, and distributed international team experience
Industry-recognised architecture or cloud credentials, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or TOGAF
