Description
AIG is hiring a Solution Architect to define and lead business-aligned technology architecture, particularly for end-to-end modernization of insurance systems. The role develops architecture blueprints and roadmaps, translates business strategy into target-state solutions, leads solution design and governance across strategic initiatives, and coordinates business, IT, delivery, vendor, and support stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, N1 Japanese proficiency, business-level English, extensive solution and enterprise architecture experience, insurance-domain expertise, and knowledge of software development, integration, data, cloud, AI, APIs, and enterprise governance frameworks.
