Description
Akoya is hiring a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between its network and customers, supporting pre-sales solutioning, implementation, onboarding, go-live, and ongoing support. The role involves demonstrating products, scoping integrations, configuring OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO, debugging REST/JSON APIs, troubleshooting authentication and network issues, documenting solutions, and advising customers and internal product and engineering teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 10+ years of client-facing experience, 4–6 years of technical design experience, and proficiency in Go with exposure to JavaScript, Python, or Java. The role is remote-first and open to candidates near Boston, New York, or Raleigh, with a base salary of $140,000–$170,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
