AND Digital is hiring an experienced Solution Architect for its Enterprise Architecture function. The role translates business goals into scalable technical solutions across Payments, Data, and Applications; defines technology roadmaps and reference architectures; assures strategic change against IT, regulatory, security, and governance requirements; identifies technical estate risks and legacy-system modernization opportunities; and collaborates with senior stakeholders, third-party providers, architects, and developers. Candidates need financial-services experience, ideally in Mortgages and Savings, large-scale governed program delivery, Microsoft/Azure solution design experience, extensive solution architecture experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, full change-lifecycle experience, and the ability to assess cost, risk, time, and impact.
