Appian is hiring a Solution Architect to support the Department of War’s federal business and Customer Success organization. The role advises customers on designing and implementing Appian solutions, including process automation, case management, integration, Data Fabric, secure cloud hosting, and modernization architectures. Responsibilities include supporting sales and proposals, presenting technical solutions, guiding delivery and governance, developing customer success offerings, and collaborating with mission, system integrator, and technical stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, extensive government cloud and enterprise architecture experience, federal proposal and whitepaper experience, agile and DevSecOps knowledge, and a US government public trust or DoD clearance.
