Description
Exelab is hiring a Solution Architect to own the quality, budget, timeline, and release of one or more projects in parallel. The role combines senior full-stack engineering with product ownership, technical design, estimation, hands-on development across NodeJS, Python, React/TypeScript, and AWS, and leadership of specialists and developers. The architect must make scope and readiness trade-offs, use AI-assisted engineering, and communicate with business counterparts, project managers, QA, and trainers. The position requires at least seven years of software development experience, including two years owning delivery end-to-end, and is based in Italy with Italian language proficiency mandatory.
