Faerch is hiring an ERP Solution Architect to define and govern the architecture for its global ERP transformation program across manufacturing sites in Europe. The role focuses on maintaining a scalable, standardized ERP solution, conducting readiness assessments, evaluating local requirements against the global template, identifying gaps, and supporting implementations with business and IT stakeholders. The position requires experience with ERP transformation programs, solution architecture, governance, and an enterprise ERP platform such as Infor M3 Cloud Edition, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.
