Freshworks is hiring a Solution Architect for its Professional Services organization. The role serves as a senior technical subject matter expert across sales, delivery, and expansion, translating customer business outcomes into scalable Freshworks solutions. Responsibilities include presales solutioning, solution design, architecture diagrams, product configuration and integrations, AI and automation solutioning, process optimization, training, issue resolution, and technical documentation. The role requires extensive professional services and ITSM/ITOM experience, strong SaaS and cloud expertise, custom application and REST API integration skills, and experience working with executive and organizational leaders.
