Description
Interac is hiring a Solution Architect to report to the Leader, Payments Modernization and lead end-to-end technology solution design for secure, resilient, scalable, and compliant payments systems. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Platform, Security, Delivery, Data, Cloud, and Operations teams; produces architecture artefacts; manages technical risk and dependencies; supports modernization and cloud-native practices; and guides solutions through production readiness. Candidates need 7+ years of progressive technology experience, including 5 years in a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or equivalent role, along with federated architecture, secure and regulated-environment, DevSecOps, and stakeholder-management experience. The position offers a hiring range of $145,000-$155,000 plus short-term incentives and a flexible hybrid work model.
