PA Consulting is seeking a passionate and experienced Solution Architect to join their Digital & Data team. This role involves creating and ensuring key architecture artifacts, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting senior leaders in shaping change. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on Software Engineering background, a clear understanding of architecture and delivery methodologies, and specialize in at least one architectural domain such as Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security. They should also possess problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. While certifications in methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous, they are not mandatory. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office or on client sites, with flexibility depending on assignments. Candidates will work with various technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, Zachmann, MODAF, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, UML, Archimate, and Ardoq, contributing to scalable and high-performance applications across diverse industries.
