The role involves translating complex customer requirements into actionable technical backlogs, designing optimal architectures for custom services and integrations, contextualizing technical decisions, identifying security risks, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has an ex-programmer mindset, enjoys solving high-level design problems, communicates clearly, asks insightful questions, considers user experience, and is familiar with Python, REST APIs, Flask/Django, PostgreSQL, or Kubernetes.
