Description
Salesforce is hiring a Solution Architect for its LATAM-level Cross Industries Solution Architecture team. The role partners with business and technology leaders to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions across Customer 360, multi-cloud, and Agentforce initiatives. Responsibilities include solution design, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration and prototyping, implementation governance, stakeholder and executive communication, technical proposals, and mentoring. The position requires at least five years of enterprise Salesforce solution architecture experience, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, consulting and customer-facing experience, and advanced or fluent English; Spanish proficiency and Agentforce experience are preferred.
