ServiceNow is hiring a Solution Architect to advise customers adopting the Pyramid platform and develop enterprise Business Intelligence and analytical solutions. The role supports onboarding, solution development, customer staff augmentation, platform setup, data integration, user training, and best-practice implementation, while also identifying expansion opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, at least five years of BI and analytics experience, and experience with business intelligence and analytical tools, data-based analytics solutions, and related technologies and languages.
