Description
The Solution Architect supports managed services clients across enterprise infrastructure engagements, including pre- and post-sales technical scoping, solution design, project delivery, datacenter and cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and technology planning. The role partners with delivery teams, manages project scope and resources, maintains solution architecture standards, and provides technical escalation support across virtualization, server, storage, database, network, operating system, and cloud technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, deep enterprise virtualization knowledge, advanced Unix/Linux and Windows Server administration, networking and database fundamentals, automation experience, AI workflow exposure, strong communication skills, and U.S. citizenship and residency.
