Vialto Partners is hiring a Solutions Architect to design, build, and operate complex, regulated global solutions across payroll, tax, and immigration domains. The role owns end-to-end architecture, distributed and event-driven systems, Azure cloud solutions, Next.js/React applications, secure integrations, authentication, observability, and AI-enabled agent automation. It also involves technical leadership, code and architecture reviews, and mentoring engineers in AI-assisted development practices. The position is based in Bangalore with a possible hybrid work arrangement and requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in architecture or solution design.
