Alpha Group is hiring a senior data engineering leader to define and lead delivery of data platforms, end-to-end pipelines, system integrations, and related transformation projects for asset and wealth management clients. The role manages implementation teams, designs data architectures and governance solutions, leads integrations and migrations, mentors team members, and presents technical options to business and technology stakeholders. It requires 5+ years of data engineering, architecture, or data analysis experience, strong MDM and integration expertise, and experience in the asset and wealth management industry. Compensation varies by geographic zone, with base salaries ranging from CAD 170,000 to CAD 205,675 in Toronto and USD 125,000 to USD 186,200 in the United States, plus bonus and benefits.
