ServiceNow is hiring a Solution Architect to lead the implementation and ongoing technical support of the data.world data catalog solution for enterprise customers. The role partners with business and technical teams, manages implementation deliverables, integrates the knowledge-graph-based data catalog with customer data infrastructure, develops solutions and scripts, creates documentation, and supports SOW scoping. It requires at least five years of technical or customer-facing experience, including three years in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer role, along with SQL, REST API, cloud architecture, data governance, and consultative implementation skills. The position involves approximately 25% travel within the United States.
