Description
The Solution Architect designs and supports the implementation of data center infrastructure solutions for Eaton’s MTDC customers, mapping Eaton offerings to customer requirements. The role supports strategic accounts in India, provides technical and engineering support, assists with large bids and technical submittals, contributes to costing and financial estimation, facilitates product collaboration, conducts product training, mentors account teams, and leads root-cause analysis for post-deployment issues. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years of experience, and 10+ years in data center infrastructure engineering or operations at an MTDC, including at least 3 years in a design role.
