DHL is hiring a senior Data & Analytics Leader to lead and develop a Data & Analytics team, define data strategy, and serve as the liaison between delivery and German core teams. The role combines data engineering and architecture with Kubeflow, Python, and Snowflake; analytics and visualization using Power BI and Power Automate; AI/ML readiness; and documentation through GitLab. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence experience, including three years in technical leadership. The position is on-site only and offers medical insurance for the employee, spouse, and two children.
