Description
Huron is hiring a Manager, Solution Architecture to translate business problems into designs that engineers can build, own solution designs end to end, coordinate with business and engineering teams, establish success measures, and contribute to the hard parts of the build. The role requires 5 to 8 years of solution architecture, technical, experience design, or applied-AI advisory experience, including 1 to 2 years leading, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. It is based onshore in the United States or Canada for healthcare work, requires travel as needed, and offers a base salary of $145,000 to $170,000 USD plus an annual incentive opportunity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
