The role is remote for candidates based in the European Union, pays from 175 PLN per hour, and began around mid-July 2026 with a first six-month contract and long-term cooperation. Responsibilities include designing solution architectures, creating high-level design documentation, establishing architecture standards and governance, guiding delivery teams, and evaluating technologies and integration patterns. Preferred qualifications include Hexagonal Architecture, Kafka, cloud platforms, healthcare interoperability standards, architecture governance, and C1 English; medtech experience is a nice-to-have.
