DEMICON is hiring a Solution Architect for Full-Stack and Cloud-Native solutions. The role bridges customer requirements and technical implementation, owns solutions end-to-end, chooses between standard platforms and custom development, orchestrates an English-speaking onshore and nearshore team, and supports customers from business units through management. The position requires strong full-stack and cloud-native fundamentals, modern backend and frontend technologies, AWS or comparable cloud experience, Infrastructure-as-Code, and the ability to communicate architecture in business terms.
