Deloitte is hiring a Senior Manager – Solution Architect Oracle Cloud – Public Sector to lead complex digital transformation projects for Dutch government ministries, agencies, and other public organizations. The role combines pre-sales and tendering contributions, multidisciplinary team leadership, Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS solution architecture, feasibility studies, migration roadmaps, and impact analyses for public-sector business operations. Candidates need 8–14 years of relevant Oracle Solution Architect experience, knowledge of Dutch government frameworks, experience with finance, procurement, and projects, strong Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, OIC, and SaaS/PaaS expertise, people-management skills, and excellent Dutch language proficiency.
