Netsmart is hiring a Medication Management Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer of medication management systems for healthcare clients. The role provides solution expertise, recommends workflows and best practices, documents architecture, coaches solution teams, manages client expectations, and resolves escalated issues. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of healthcare IT implementation or consulting experience, at least two years of electronic health record solution experience, and at least one year of project management experience. Travel may be required up to 20% of the time, and Netsmart does not provide work visa sponsorship.
