HSO is hiring a Solution Architect Professional Services to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for project-based business and service providers. The role combines consulting, solution architecture, functional implementation, integration, project governance, customer leadership, and the use of AI tools. It requires a STEM, business administration, or supply chain management degree, relevant project and Dynamics 365 experience, strong leadership and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel. The position offers hybrid work across customer sites and offices in Böblingen, Munich, Nuremberg, and Chemnitz.
