RainFocus is hiring a Solution Architect to own the overall architecture and solution design for enterprise client event implementations. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, leads discovery and platform adoption, oversees multi-event portfolios, manages complex integrations and quality, mentors Solution Consultants, and contributes to thought leadership and process improvement. Candidates need at least 8 years of software implementation experience, including 3–5 years in SaaS event technology, along with strong enterprise SaaS, integration, solution design, executive communication, and client relationship skills.
