Primark is hiring a Solution Architect (RFID) to design and deliver scalable RFID solutions that improve inventory accuracy, stock visibility, and operational efficiency across its global retail estate. The role leads solution architecture, technical governance, vendor and technology evaluation, implementation, and integration with retail and supply chain platforms, while collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams. Candidates need enterprise solution architecture experience, proven RFID solution delivery experience in retail or supply chain, knowledge of inventory and stock visibility processes, and strong stakeholder management skills.
