INTENSE is hiring a Solution Architect – Service Cloud V2 & SAP CE to design, develop, and lead implementations of CRM architectures for utility-sector customers. The role covers SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Engagement architecture, integrations with SAP and third-party systems, solution concepts, prototypes, roadmaps, technical leadership, code quality, performance and security, and pre-sales architecture support. Candidates should have several years of software or solution architecture experience, strong SAP cloud and CRM knowledge, cloud and API expertise, strong programming skills, project management experience, and German and English language skills.
