Description
Empower is hiring a Solution Architect to serve as a hands-on technical leader and solution-shaping architect for Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and the Office of the CIO. The role covers end-to-end architecture across SaaS platforms, cloud services, applications, integrations, data, security, and infrastructure, with particular emphasis on ServiceNow and AWS. Responsibilities include defining target-state architectures, integration and database designs, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps practices, technology evaluations, and implementation governance. The position requires at least five years of progressive enterprise technology experience, including ServiceNow, AWS, infrastructure as code, DevOps, integrations, and SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
