Comparis.ch is hiring a Solution Architect / Team Lead Software Development to lead engineers across two development teams for its Swiss real estate marketplace. The role combines technical leadership and people management, including defining product architecture, modernizing the technology stack toward cloud-native systems, coordinating with product, design, and business stakeholders, managing technical risks, and recruiting and developing engineers. Required qualifications include software development team leadership, experience with large user-facing platforms, software architecture and system design, cloud-native technologies such as Azure and Kubernetes, practical software development experience, and fluent English; .NET and React/Next.js are advantageous, and German is beneficial.
