E.ON is hiring a Solution Architect for Workforce Management to define, implement, and operate a Workforce Management platform for electricity and gas grid construction and maintenance. The role involves architecting and integrating SAP SaaS FSM, Azure, SAP BTP, DevOps, mobile clients, and external components; driving technical and domain innovation; collaborating with BizDevOps teams and international stakeholders; and ensuring security, data protection, compliance, and solution quality. Candidates need a degree in business informatics or a comparable IT qualification, several years of experience with complex IT landscapes and service-provider integration, cloud and application-integration knowledge, and fluent German and B2-level English.
