Buildots is hiring a Solution Associate Team Lead to manage a regional team of Solution Managers and oversee Buildots construction projects from setup through maintenance. The role leads and mentors team members, owns KPI performance, ensures adherence to global design and quality standards, and surfaces project risks and dependencies. Candidates need at least one year of leadership or mentoring experience, five or more years of construction project experience, and an engineering or construction management degree. The position is open to candidates in Austin, Texas, and Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000.
