Forestdale Preventive Services is hiring an SBC Coordinator to implement the Solution-Based Casework model across four preventive programs. The role trains and coaches newly hired staff, schedules and prepares SBC training, coordinates implementation activities, monitors fidelity, develops measurement tools, supports inter-agency communication, and travels to program sites as needed. The position offers hourly compensation based on education and bilingual or licensing qualifications, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
