Description
Salesforce is hiring a Solution Builder to serve as the technical execution partner in a two-person delivery pod, architecting, building, and deploying production-grade Agentforce and agentic AI systems at customer sites. The role owns AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, workflows, data pipelines, integrations, and production infrastructure across Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms; it also involves customer-facing technical engagement, architecture reviews, and contributing reusable patterns. The position requires 4–8+ years of relevant software engineering, AI delivery, or technical consulting experience, hands-on LLM integration, strong programming and integration skills, and approximately 25% travel to customer sites. The typical base salary is $157,640–$210,910 annually, with a higher range of $173,460–$231,980 in California, New York, and select Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC metropolitan areas.
