SugarAI is hiring a Solution Consultant for its EMEA Solution Consulting team in London. The role combines customer-facing pre-sales and solution consulting with technical product expertise, including discovery, demonstrations, solution design, RFP responses, risk management, partner enablement, and ongoing product support. It requires at least five years of pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical experience, enterprise SaaS and CRM/ERP knowledge, and familiarity with AI and integrations. The position operates on a hybrid model with at least two days per week in the office and up to 40% travel.
