UKG is hiring a UKG Ready Solutions Consultant (Implementation) for a hybrid role in Varna. The consultant will assess customer requirements, design and configure UKG Ready HCM solutions and interfaces, document specifications, support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, apply workforce-management best practices, communicate complex technical concepts, and manage client relationships. The role requires extensive experience implementing solutions for medium to large enterprise customers and previous experience with UK payroll processes and compliance. The position offers a base pay range of €19,800 to €26,750, medical coverage, and other benefits.
