UKG is hiring a Solution Consultant II to design, implement, configure, and support workforce management solutions for enterprise customers. The role includes requirement assessment, solution architecture, UKG Pro WFM customization and integration, build and configuration, testing support, documentation, client relationship management, mentoring, and travel of up to 25%. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field, 3–6 years of enterprise software implementation or support experience, and at least 3 years of workforce management experience.
