Description
RainFocus is hiring a Solution Consultant to support post-sale client implementations in its Client Success organization. The role involves consulting on RainFocus platform configuration, gathering and documenting business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, training client administrators, leading solution calls and demos, managing implementation risks and milestones, and mentoring peers. Candidates need 2–7+ years of software implementation experience, SaaS platform delivery through configuration rather than custom development, enterprise implementation experience, process-design expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%. HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON are optional but preferred.
