N-iX is hiring a Solution Delivery Manager to establish and scale a repeatable solution-based and fixed-price delivery model. The role begins by mapping existing practices, then leads one or two $500K–$1M lighthouse projects while developing estimation, staffing, governance, risk, P&L, and AI-driven delivery practices. The manager will also build a PM Task Force, create reusable templates and accelerators, advise on crisis projects, and validate delivery feasibility for pre-sale engagements.
