Description
Telligen is hiring a Solution Delivery Manager to lead one or more software engineering teams and deliver reliable, scalable, secure software products. The role combines people leadership, product delivery, engineering excellence, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities including coaching engineers, managing risks, coordinating with Product and Architecture, and supporting AI-first development. The position requires a relevant four-year degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of software engineering or related technology experience, 3–5 years leading engineering teams, and experience with Java, React, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability, and AI-assisted development tools. At least three days per week must be spent in the West Des Moines, Iowa office, and Telligen does not provide visa sponsorship.
