Description
The Solution Design Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support, design customized network solutions, and act as a technical advisor by collaborating with sales, product development, and customers to incorporate feedback into product improvements. The role also involves preparing technical documentation and sales materials, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and using network design tools and Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least 3 years of experience in network design using Ruckus, Aruba, or Cisco Meraki equipment, plus strong communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
