The Design Solution Supervisor leads the development and proposal of integrated logistics solutions for prospects and clients, including business sizing, warehouse layouts, operational lines, process flows, implementation projects, process optimization, project documentation, technical and commercial proposals, and RFP responses. The role supports the Engineering and Projects Manager and the commercial team, requires a university degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field, intermediate Office and Excel skills, basic English, and specialization in logistics and operations; a similar five-year experience requirement is noted.
